Over the years that I've spent in the car business, many things have changed. This
dealership and the way we have operated have changed as well, except for one thing. The thing that
always seems to make the difference between Pompey Dodge and our competition - our personal touch.
We are not ever going to be the largest dealership in the area. We are not going to be the dealership with the
most franchises. What we are going to be is the best dealership to purchase a vehicle at, either new or used, car or truck.
The personal touch starts with myself and my partner (also my cousin), Chuck Pompey. We are both hands-on managers and in the

from you. There are not very many dealerships of our size that allow easy access to the owners for all customers! If you
visit our dealership, you'll see us both, maybe even sitting in the waiting room talking to customers. This daily contact
with you, our customers, gives us the feedback we need to constantly improve our service. We both want your
ownership or service experience to be a pleasant one, even if you did not purchase your vehicle from us. All of the
people working at Pompey Dodge know our attitude. It gives them daily guidance in the way they are to respond to
customer needs. We strongly believe that we have some of the best people in the automotive industry. We look
